Registration

On-line registration and payment is handled via the IACR registration form. To use this form you will need your IACR reference number and password. If you do not have this information (e.g., if this is your first IACR conference/workshop), enter your details and you will receive an IACR reference number after registration and payment.

If you have already registered for an IACR conference/workshop in 2018, the registration fee will be reduced (by US$ 50 for regular attendees and US$ 25 for students).

Registration includes all sessions, welcome reception (Sunday evening), conference dinner, and all coffee breaks and lunches. FSE 2018 does not have the printed/online proceedings. Accepted papers are available here as the journal papers in the IACR Transactions on Symmetric Cryptology. Please choose 0 copies ($ 0) for the number of printed proceedings in the registration page.

Accompanying person fee (US$ 150) includes social functions: welcome reception (Sunday evening) and conference dinner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requests should be made in writing or email to the general chair. Those received by Tuesday, February 20, 2018 will receive a full refund less USD $250 to cover fixed costs for the conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after Tuesday, February 20, 2018.

Student Stipends

Thanks to the IACR Cryptography Research Fund for Students, students who present their own paper at FSE 2018 can have their registration fee waived. Please contact the general chair about it before registering and by February 10, 2018.

Additionally, thanks to our sponsors a limited number of stipends are available to students. To apply for a stipend, send a motivated application to the general chair by February 10, 2018. The applicants are encouraged to request their advisor or department chair to send a brief justification to support the application.
