The conference will be held at the Nichii Gakkan Kobe Port Island Center, with a banquet and reception at the Portopia Hotel.
The reception is scheduled to be in the Rainbow room on the top floor of the south building in the Portopia Hotel. The banquet will take place in the Kiraku room in the main building of the Portopia Hotel. Maps of each room are also available.

If you would prefer to stay in Sannomiya (Kobe city center, which is a 15 minute ride to the conference venue via Port Liner), the following hotels are available:
Kansai International Airport (KIX) is the closest international airport to the venue, and is well connected to major cities all over the world. To get from Kansai International Airport to Kobe, you can take the Airport Limousine Bus, which will get you directly to Sannomiya in about 65 minutes. The Bay Shuttle can also get you from Kansai International Airport to Kobe Airport in about 30 minutes.
Other nearby airports include Kobe Airport and Osaka International Airport (often called Itami Airport), both of which only handle domestic flights. From Kobe Airport, the Port Liner (Monorail) takes you to Keisan Kagaku Center station in about 4 minutes.
From Sannomiya, the Port Liner (Monorail) takes you Keisan Kagaku Center station in about 14 minutes. The conference venue, Nichii Gakkan Kobe Port Island Center, is a 1 minute walk from Keisan Kagaku Center station,
